Returns Policy
1. Mileage Deduction:
A fee of £1.50 per mile will be deducted from the refund amount for any returned vehicle.
2. Distance Sales:
Vehicles purchased remotely (distance sales) are eligible for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
3. Fees for Returns:
- A £200 restocking fee will be applied.
- A £50 valet fee will be deducted from the refund to cover cleaning and preparation costs.
4. Condition of Returns:
Returned vehicles must be in the same condition as sold, with no additional damage or excessive mileage.
5. 14-Day Return Period
Customers purchasing vehicles remotely have the right to return the vehicle within 14 days of delivery, as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The return period will begin on the date the vehicle is delivered to the customer.
It is the buyers responsibility to return the vehicle back to the dealer.
6. Delivery
Refunds will not be issued for delivery costs.
Deposit Policy
1. Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits made to secure a vehicle are non-refundable.
2. Holding Period: Deposits will hold the vehicle for a period of up to 14 days, after which the dealership reserves the right to relist the vehicle if the sale is not completed.
Warranty Policy
1. In-House Warranty:
- All vehicles are covered by our in-house warranty unless the buyer explicitly opts out at the time of purchase.
- The in-house warranty includes a *£150 claim limit* per claim.
2. Vehicle Recovery:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to recover the vehicle to the dealership in the event of a fault.
3. Driving After a Fault:
If the customer continues to drive the vehicle after a fault has occurred, any warranty claim related to the fault may be invalidated.
4. Repairs Without Consultation:
Attempting to repair any damage or fault without prior consultation and approval from the dealership will void the warranty.
5. Vehicle Modifications:
Modifying the vehicle in any way will render the warranty void.
6. Wear and Tear Exclusion:
The warranty does not cover consumable items or general wear and tear, such as tires, brake pads, or fluids.
7. Distance Sales (if applicable)
Delivery and Collection Costs:
- Delivery fees and collection costs for distance sales are non-refundable.
Return Condition:
- Any returned vehicle must match its original sale condition, without additional damage, excessive mileage, or missing documentation.
Post-Sale Responsibility
1. Road Tax and Insurance:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange road tax and insurance prior to driving the vehicle.
2. Liability After Sale:
Once the vehicle is sold and leaves the dealership premises, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the vehicle, excluding warranty-covered issues.
Privacy Policy
1. Data Collection:
Customer data will only be used for purposes related to the sale, warranty claims, or financing arrangements.
2. Data Security:
All personal data will be stored securely and not shared with third parties unless required by law or as part of a financing agreement.
Liability Disclaimer
1. Warranty Limitations:
The dealership is not responsible for any issues arising after the warranty period.
2. Indirect Losses:
The dealership will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to the vehicle.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
